Thanks to all for your generous response to the e-mail that announced the launch of New Community Vision. As promised, I have a lot to say about cooperatives and housing. This is a pressing issue and I promise to keep it lively and relevant. Read on…

The Logan Square Housing Cooperative hosted its annual open house today. The HUB Housing Cooperative has two openings. Three affordable condos in South Evanston are available to people who currently live or work in Evanston and meet the income requirements. Beyond Today is a shared house that is becoming a co-op in the Lincoln Square/Ravenswood neighborhood. Please visit NewCommunityVision/Housing for more information.
